AI Work Studio products are educational materials. They are not legal, medical, financial, tax, or compliance advice. We make no income, grade, admissions, or performance claims, and we do not guarantee any particular result. You are responsible for reviewing and fact-checking AI output before you send, submit, or publish it.

Third-party AI tools

Our products work with AI tools made by other companies. Those tools have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not affiliated with them. Do not paste passwords, credentials, or private data you are not allowed to share.

Your license

• Each purchase is licensed for personal use by the buyer only (one person).
• Using a product with a team, classroom, or group requires a team license. Email [email protected] to arrange one.
• Do not resell, share, or redistribute the files, in whole or in part.

Students

Student products are for practice and study. Follow your school's academic integrity and AI policies. Do not submit AI-produced work as your own graded work. No grade, GPA, or admissions guarantees.

Purchases

Purchases are processed by Payhip or Etsy and are also subject to their terms. See our refund policy.

Software

Separate software products listed on this site have their own terms on their own websites.

Limitation of liability

The site and products are provided “as is.” To the extent allowed by law, WorkstudioAI, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from their use.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
